These terms govern the provision of content, video, social media, and SEO strategy services ("services") by Contenscience ("we", "us", or "our") to you ("you", "your", or "client").

Services

We provide the services in accordance with the scope agreed with you directly, before work begins.

Payment

We invoice at the end of each month for time and work delivered during that period, payable within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payment may result in suspension of services.

Intellectual property

Content created for you remains our property until payment in full is received. Upon full payment, ownership transfers to you.

Confidentiality

We keep all information you provide confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your written consent.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including loss of profits or data.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Amounts owing at termination remain payable.
